At Debtworks, we believe in fair business. Part of that is providing a streamlined process by which feedback, issues and complaints may be lodged and dealt with in a way that is objective, professional and within industry best practice.  

Once an issue is flagged to us or a complaint is lodged, the matter will be assigned to a team member within the relevant area. The matter will be reviewed, investigated, and a response issued advising the outcome or next steps within 10 business days.

Should you wish to send us feedback, advise us of an issue, or lodge a complaint, please email us at compliance@debtworks.co.nz

 So that we can accurately investigate the matter, please include the following:

 Your full name and contact phone number;

  • Debt number if in regard to a debt;

  • Nature of the issue or complaint – (tell us what has happened);

  • Team member involved (if any).

 Once you have emailed us, we will:

  • Confirm receipt of your communication within 2 business days;

  • Investigate internally and request further information if necessary; and

  • Respond with advice of an outcome within 10 business days.

 Please note, all formal complaints must be made in writing for control and audit purposes.
